Outside - Living life off leash

It's a somewhat pleasent afternoon. It's getting ready to storm again so with the breeze it's doing a fairly decent job of keeping the flies away. John is building a shelf for the bathroom - it will be the second one that we've built for in there. I'm borrowing John's laptop to sit outside and fiddle around on the internet and finally taking the time to actually write something in my blog for once. Last night was a lot of fun - I did a Mother Daughter double facial for a friend of mine. And let me tell it wasn't a typical Mary Kay party either. LOL. But it was a lot of fun and I even got orders which I wasn't expecting at all! Sometime next week we're going to get the girls together and play makeup - it should be really cute to see all of them all made up. Well that's all for now - I'll write more later when my mind is a little more together.

Rock on

And now you know why we call Gwenie little Miss Kiss. lol I had to have the girls do that after watching an Ace of Cake episode where Chef Duff does the rock fist for a groom's cake. Very creative and looks so yummy! Anyone else get hungry for cake watching that show?

Beautiful Gigi

Not to be outdone by her sister Gigi had her own photo session as well. She has such a cute smile and beautiful eyes. So far she still would like to fly jets even though they are to noisy lol. That's my girl always ready for an adventure. And learning the (teenage) attitude to go with it.

Here's my sweet little miss sunshine and a few of her funny faces. She's getting to love being in front of the camera and posing. Especially now that I let her borrow it to take a few shots of her own. Budding model perhaps? Or a photographer? I can't wait to see what she's going to want to do in her life. Not so long ago she wanted to join the military and fly jets. I think that one has been ruled out now as she finds them to be to noisy. Somehow she manages to be both sensitive and a diva all at once. But I love her dearly.

My daughter's our learning how to take pictures. These next shots are all taken by either Gigi or Gwen. They did pretty good in my opinion. As you can tell we're an expressive family. Mostly weird expressions but it all works out in the end.

Diva in training?

Lately Gwenie is going beyond the diva in training and turning into a full fledged DIVA! I have no idea where she gets this. But here lately she if she trips while running in the grass and falls down (with no marks or grass or anything on her) she screams bloody murder. I love her dearly but I have to enough is enough already. Now Gigi on the other hand is not sleeping again - it's 11pm at night and she's still up and keeps coming downstairs to tell me this or that or to tell me that I need to snuggle her. Running errands
